Sales enablement is a PMM function that bridges strategy and execution — ensuring reps have the right message, the right assets, and the right knowledge to win deals. It includes: battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling guides, sales decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, and email templates. Strong sales enablement is segment-specific (different content for different ICPs), updated with each launch, and measured by adoption — not just creation.
